Delivery timeframe

Order are dispatched within 1-2 days of us accepting the Order.

Shipping Costs Australia

  • Standard Shipping – $9.95

  • Need It Urgent – $15 (Express Post)

Shipping times are estimated below:

  • Standard Post 2-5 business days depending on your location within Australia

  • Express Post 1-3 business days depending on your location with Australia

Western Australia (WA) customers:

  • Standard Post 4-6 business days

  • Express Post 1-3 business days

Shipping costs New Zealand:

  • Standard Flat Rate Shipping - $10

  • Shipping time 7-10 business days

International shipping:

  • AUD $25 (Approx USD $16 / GBP £13)

  • International orders couriered with DHL and generally take 2-6 days to reach New Zealand but can reach up to 10 business days. For all other countries it may take up to 21 days for your order to be received depending on your country's customs process.

How can I track my order?

  • For Australian orders you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Australia Post with the tracking number and link to track your parcel.

  • International orders are couriered with Australia Post or DHL. You will be sent an email with a related tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please note that we are unable to make any changes to an order or cancel it after it has been placed. If you realise you have made a mistake, please place a new order for the correct items. We will cancel and refund the original order.

Change of Mind

We offer refunds for change of mind within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is in good condition and only lightly sampled (being less than ¼ used). Once approved, you will be refunded the price (excluding shipping costs).

Incorrect or faulty product

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty product, we will offer a replacement with new products.

No need to make a return

Email us at suzun@suzunbennet.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase and quote your order number and the reason for refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days to be processed. You will be notified by email once your new replacement product or refund is sent.
